2.1.Main components

       

 

Environmental protection air-assisted sprayer is a new kind spraying dedusting equipment, which includes power fan, centrifugal pump and water tank. While it works, water is transferred to blower mouth, then is sprayed to mist liquid droplets throw the nozzles ordered in the blower mouth. This equipment not only has simple structure, large dedusting cover area, good effect, but also it does not care about the water quality, like rain and other recycled water can be used, which can reduce the investing cost by a wide margin. The difference of spraying water consumption and the power, at the same time, it adopts the variable frequency control technology, can achieve the method of reasonable usage of the power and water resource. Adopting the mist liquid droplets dedusting, compared withe traditional watering cart, spraying gun equipment, it can save more than 70%-90% water resource. First is the vehicle exhaust. Environmental Protection Dedusting Air-assisted Sprayer Products’ Features:

2.2 when the online monitor finds the dust is overproof, automatic controling system can send out the signal via control signal mechanism to output the second way dry contact signal to every sprayer so as to control the on and off of sprayer; sprayer’s PLC follows the rule of “fan first, pump last” when starts it and follows the rule of “pump first, fan last” when stops it; sprayer’s working condition can feed back to the central intergrated controling system; PLC sets aside 20% of the channel; the sprayer can itself finish the rotation as well as up and down., being able to adjust the angles of rotation.

2.3 freely to adjust the plumb angel(-10-90degree) and level rotation angel(360 degree), decreasing the variable factor of the speed of wind drum by 9%, being able to control the spray flow according to the vechicle’s speed, strong wind.

3. adopted the technology of high efficiency jet fan and air curtain, long and high distance range, penetrating well, strong physical adhesion, fog volume sedimentation rate as high as 95%.

 

4.   adopted the technology of second atomization and equiped with a special turbine air-assisted device which can change the wind’s direction and form a angle with the fog particles’ flowing direction, to make the atomization complete. When the fog particles sprayed from the nozzle, they are broken deeper in the sparying area by the high pressure draft, and their speeds are incresed gradually so as to improve the degree of atomization. In generally, the water can be changed into the fog particles with the diameter of 50-150um by atomization.

 

5. By using automatic finding target technology, the drift error can be as little as 40mm in a spraying range of 60m. It can monitor the target’s real condition by the data handling from CCD information source, so that it can track and fix the target’s position.
