JR-F is textile auxiliary that can antibiosis, prevent-mites and removing the mite. It can form covalent bond with hydroxyl and amido, and be fixed in the fabric, then produce an effective effect. Bonding JR-F in the textile in order to forming an insect- resistant film, and then will appear an efficient, fast repellent effect to mites.

[Properties]

JR-F contains special resistant insect compose that has double effects of killing and prevent mites. The Place for Control and Prevention Parasite of Chinese Center for Control and Prevention Disease shows that this product has 96.15% mites were knocked down and 98% mites were killed in 30min, 98.63% mites were prevented in 24h, and 100% mites were killed in 48h.

The antibiosis group in JR-F can prevent the produce of all sorts of bacterium, fungus, and then cut off the food chain, and reach the deodorant effect at the same time. Through the test, the antibiosis rate of staphylococcus aureus is greater than 99%.

The new microcapsule technology through the natural polymer has good effect of slow release, and can prevent mite for a long time.

Using coordinate with Couplant can make prevent-mites finishing agent bond strong in the surface as physical chemistry method. Keep the durable washable.

Good security, and no stimulation for skin by detection LD50≥13000/KG (laboratory rat).

Apply for all kinds of natural and synthetic fibres, and JR-010 has little influence on the feel, color and other physical index.

[Usage]

JR-F can dispose textile by padding, dipping, praying and painting, according to the purposes, types, composes and processing equipment of fabric, choosing the corresponding dosage and method. Prevent-mites finish and soft finish are processed by co-bath generally. Please make tests before using with other products, and the textile should be washed clean before making prevent-mite finish.

Advise: Choose 20-40g/L according to the different style things.

If you need washable, please add adhesives.

Padding craft: padding → drying (130-140℃)

Dipping craft: fabric → dipping (thorough soaking) → dehydration (recycle the throw out solution, adding into the dipping tank) → drying (130-140℃)
