1.Our Standard Flat Rate Shipping Service is Hong Kong Air Mail. We also ship via EMS , DHL and UPS depending on the orders and situations.But it will charge the Express shipping fee.

1.We supply 12 months Manufacturer free repair or exchange Warranty ( Excluding contrived damagement or misusage).
2. In case of DOA, Please report within 3 days and return it within 14 days after receiving the items. (The date on Post Mark is for standard). After our receiving of the items in original condition, you may have a replacement or refund as long as we cancel the order on ebay, and Shipping cost is non-refundable, as you know shipping & handling was paid to post office.
3. If the item was sent back for repair, buyer pays for the returning fee and 2nd shipping cost. We are responsible for the repair or exchange handling fee.
4. If you have to return the item for the refund, you will pay a 20 % restocking fee.
