It is widely used in refrigeration industry, condenser evaporator CF refrigerator and icebox, car-oil delivery pipe, heat pipe etc.

3. Materials:
BHG, SPHC, SPHD, SPHE, SAE1006, Q195-Q235 etc. Or can be optional according to customers' requirements.

4. Features:
No stain, smooth surface, high intensity, good plasticity, strong corrosion resistance, small resistance.

5. Dimension tolerance, Mechanical properties, and Chemical composition:
Please refer to relevant standard or contact us.
Specification range: OD: 4.0mm-18mm. WT: 0.5mm-1.0mm.
Surface Coating: Copper, Zinc, PVF inner or outside.

6. Coating and Lining:
Pipes Coating is fundamental for protecting the pipe against corrosive environment and the pipe's life-length depends directly on the coating. Our manufacturers apply different types of coatings and linings in accordance with major standards in order to fulfill our client's requirements.
I   Polyethylene coating (PE):
PE coating is extremely efficient against corrosive and aggressive environments and chemical materials. PE coating is applied in accordance with DIN30670.
Ii   Bitumen Coating and Lining:
Bitumen coating and lining is applied in accordance with DIN2461, DIN30673, BS41-64, BS41-47, etc.
Iii Epoxy Coating and Lining

7. Packing:
First we adopt plastic film to warp the small bundle and then seaworthy wooden case will be used to protect the goods well.
