PS foam sheet extrusion line adopts advanced double-stage series foam technology, use PS (polystyrene) granule as main material. The material after beeing put into the extruder hopper, being melt and plastified with the agent in the screw, it will be extruded out through the die. It is cooling molded and cutted at the cooling drum, then through the traction and collecting part to get the PS foam sheet rolls. Using LDPE as main material can get high standard PE foam sheet rolls. PS foam sheet is a new type of packing material, not only have pearlescent appearance but also have characters of good heat and noise insulation, cushion protection, heating protection, moisture resistence, safe and clean, etc. It is widely used in the packing sphere of food, fruit, electron, commodity, hardware products. It also can used to produce advertisement board.
