This machine unit is composed by a high speed shell forming and cavity filling machine, a high speed cooler and a high speed sealing machine.

It has following features:

A cam machine driven by a motor combining with a pneumatic motor is the driving source.
Blowing nozzles start to blow moulding as soon as the PVC or PVE/PE sheets reach to the position for blowing. No waiting time. This is a critical point for having such amount of capacity.
Fill 15 cavities each time. Plug filling, precise positioning, no spilling and no sticking to the wall.
High degree of accuracy temperature control system. Temperature transducer and computer control are applied in this system to ensure that the mould temperature are strictly controlled.
Servo motor system is used to adjust the loading volume accurately.
Liquid medicine remains to be the same temperature in the storage barrel. Plunger pump is used to control liquid reflux.
Mixing and heat preservation system is used in the storage barrel.
After filling, liquid medicine in the shells is cooled and condensed by continuously moving along a special curve path. The conversion from liquid to solid happened during this time.
Preheating before sealing. Cutting bottom line, making tearing line are the steps to be finished before cutting. Sealing is driven by cam machine, fast and accurate.
Various kinds of packing material can be used in the machine such as PVC, PVC/PE, and PVC/PVDC/PE. Sticky material like gelatin and Chinese medicine can be used for filling.

Working Principle:

Bundles of PVC or PE/PVC sheets are blowed and thermoformed into shells with top openings that are ready for filling. The liquid medicine which has been well mixed in the homogenizer (a double jacket with stirrer) is then injected into the shells with high accuracy.
Filled shells are then transported into a cooler where liquid medicine is transformed into solid state with the shape of shells.
And then, they are conveyed to the sealing machine where the top openings are sealed followed by printing batch number, date of manufacture, making tearing line, cutting bottom line, trimming top line, counting and cutting. The finished products can then be packaged into boxes by a cartooning machine.
