These grades are composed of  cotton fabric impregnated with phenolic resin binder.
They have excellent mechanical properties and toughness,high impact strength and excellent wear resistance , good heat resistance and moisture and easy to machine.
Cotton based grades have greater mechanical strength than paper based grades.
