MJL-LM series Automatic Fluff Grinding Machine set is the succedent finishing production-line, which turn the baked and sunbaked semi-finished paper tubes into finished paper tubes with fine quality and good appearance, through following working procedures as automatically offering tubes, polishing (bottom), cutting V gap, pressing fluff, hiding end, grinding fluff (or gelatinizing, flocking, baking), removing tubes, strung tubes, automatic counting and catching dust. 

From offering tubes to checking encasement, only 1 worker is needed to operate and supervise the whole machine set.
The machine can produce fluff grinding paper tubes. Because no flocking is needed, it accords with the environmental requirement. If this series machine set is seamlessly assembled into a production-line with  Automatic Paper tube Winding Machine and Automatic Paper tube Baking room, it will bring higher productivity, finer quality, and better integrative benefit.
