Applications:

vacuum calcination furnace.Vacuum cleaning furnace is used for cleaning the ordinary spinning plate, abnormal shaped spinneret plate, fine denier board, component housing for polyester, polypropylene, and non-woven fabrics of the chemical fiber cleaning industry. It also can be used for washing the filter elements.

 It applied the principle that the synthetic polymer decomposed under the condition that isolating from the air in the vacuum state and the high temperature around 500 centigrade degree. It owns the advantages of little environmental pollution, perfect cleaning of the spinning board, smooth nozzle hole, extension of the spinneret board’s life as well as shorter working hours, energy saving, simple operation, good washing effect and high degree of automatic and etc.

 It is the updated product for replacing TEG cleaning furnace and salt-bath furnace. Vacuum cleaning furnace is also applicable to the cleaning of the die-head in plastic industry and filter cleaning.
