RETURN&EXCHANGE POLICY
We care about each customer and wish to make everyone 100% pleased, not only their purchase, but the entire buying process
You will not hear me say ,No returns can be accepted for hygienic reasons,or all sales are final,
We do not believe this makes for a happy customer when they are presented with this type of return or exchange policy
Therefore, I will accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

*Buyers must contact me within 48 hrs of receiving their item that they are not pleased with the item and wish to return it.
*Buyer must return item at their expense via DHL,UPS,TNT ,EMS and provide a tracking number.
*Item(s) must be packaged the same as they are received and forms must be wrapped sufficiently to protect them from damage during shipping. No refund with be issued for items damaged during return shipping. It will be the buyers responsibility to ensure items are packaged similar to the way they are received by the buyer.
*Refund of original purchase price less initial shipping cost will be made to buyer. No exchanges of items will be made in items purchased for by bids.
