Usage

“RF” Serial

synthetic rubber mixing with normal abrasive

special for Non-precious and semi-precious metals workpiece.

Usage: For finishing and polishing titanium alloy/pure titanium/ nickel-chrome alloy/ cobaltchrome alloy dental workpiece,such as for steel teeth/inner crown/steel frame/steel base finishing, smoothing and polishing.

“RD” Serial

diamond grits mixing with synthetic  rubber

special for zirconia / porcelain workpiece;

Usage: For smoothing and polishing zirconia inner crown, zirconia veneer/porcelain teeth fast super bright. (Avoid the color differents and porcelain fragile caused by second glaze and baking. And it also can save time )

“SG” Serial

silicon rubber mixing with normal abrasive

special for precious metals workpiece

Usage: For finishing and polishing precious/semi-precious dental workpiece, such as finishing, smoothing and polishing golden teeth and golden inner crown.

“SH” Serial

silicon rubber mixing with normal abrasive

special for porcelain/resin teeth

Usage: For smoothing and initial polishing porcelain/resin teeth. (super bright or without glaze polishing s est use RD2/0 and SD2/0 series product)

“SK” Serial

Usage: For smoothing and polishing the resin base.

“SD” Serial

“CW” Serial

white alundum mixing with ceramic powder.

Usage: For finishing titanium alloy/pure titanium/ nickel-chrome alloy/ cobalt- chrome alloy dental workpiece, such as for steel teeth/ inner steel crown/steel frame/steel base finishing face reducing and finishing.

“CD” Serial

diamond grits mixing with ceramic powder

special for zirconia

Usage: For zirconia inner crown fast finishing, dry grinding, without water cooling.(It is a effective fast way to instead of the diamond burs with water cooling way)

Note: the meaning of the number after the letter:

The first number “0”—non-shank; “2”---HP shank (diameter- 2.35 mm). “0” and “2” used in dental lab . “1”—FG shank (high-speed , diameter-1.6 mm); “3”—RA shank (low-speed,bottom-hook, diameter-2.35 mm); “1” and “3” used in dental clinic. “4”---reinforced shank

The second/third number---the product’s serial number

The last number “1”---Extra-coarse; “2”---Coarse ;“3”---Mid-Coarse ;“4”---Fine ;“5”---Extra-fine ;“6”---Ultra-fine
