Outer Gasket Assembling Machine

A: Whole structure

1.It consists of three parts: mainframe, washer turntable, automatic feeding system.

2.The mainframe consists of decelerating and breaking motor, clutch and torque limiter.

3.The automatic feeding system includes outer vibration plate, mounting cup feeding plate, conveyer and storage plate.

B: Functional requirement

1.The machine board should be coated with Chromium; all the inner parts have surface protection; the framework is sprayed by powder (painting), and fitted enclosing board. The surface color is according to the customer ‘samples.

2.Mechanical components requirement: main motor adopts ADLEE decelerating and breaking motor with 0.4Kw power, CHENLT clutch, torque limiter. It adopts converter to control both initiating and stopping of the swinging plate.

3.Electrical components: PLC--Panasonic; converter--Panasonic; Text Display--EASYVIEW. Main electrical parts--OMRON; Optical Fiber Amplifier--KEYENC.

4.Pneumatic component: Pneumatic triplet and stopping air valve.

5.Safety device: it automatically stops and gives protection to the device when it is stuck. Excellent grounded protection.

6.Testing function:

（1）Material shortage testing in mounting cup delivery track.

（2）Material shortage testing in outer gasket delivery track.

（3）Machine stuck detection and safety protection.

（4）Decelerate when there is shortage in material and it turns to normal production after feeding enough material.

7.Acceptance of machine: Initial check (in supplier’s factory); trial period (1 month in buyer’s factory) and final acceptance. Three guarantees kept for one year.

C: Assembling speed and accuracy requirement:

Manufacturing speed: ＞=350 pieces/minute and all pieces should be qualified.

1、Electrical schematic diagram and wiring diagram

2、Drawings of spare part and consumptive parts.
