Manufactured from virgin crude oil, SC-PAF provides excellent crack-control, increased impact resistance and more durability.

DESCRIPTION

SC-PAF is designed as a new material for crack resistance especially for asphalt-based concrete and cement-based concrete. After being put into asphalt gels or concreter by mixing, they have a good performances of reinforcement. 

They can effectively improve the anti-permeability, impact resistance, anti-seismic and anti-freeze performance, also prevent asphalt-based concrete and cement-based concrete from cracking.

SC-PAF meets the requirements of JT/T 525-2004.

APPLICATIONS

SC-PAF is mainly used with performance concrete applications such as slab-on-grade, shotcrete, tilt-up panels, architectural/colored concrete, precast-anywhere that optimum fiber performance is required,and where the objective is to control temperature/shrinkage/settlement cracking while improving long-term durability properties.

Mixing

SC-PAF Fibers are added to the mixer during or after batching the other concrete materials. Mixed at high speed for a minimum 1 minute until thoroughly mixed.
