Product Description
1. For first forming process. Specialized in expanding first winding coil on stator and get ready for 2nd coil inserting process.
2. Air pressure and PLC controlled.
3. Operated by touch screen monitor. Easy to set up parameter.
4. Moving Y axis by big air sylinder and air tank installed for steady running.
5. Stator plate can move back and force in high safety. Easy to load and unload the working parts.
6. Installed insulation paper protector to make sure no damage on insulation paper during forming process. Reducing crisis on electricity leaking during processing.
7. Infra-red Ray on both sides of working table for complete operator's safty during processing.
8. Excellent machine guard design with strengthen Acrylic and Aluminum alloy guard frame. Good looking and easy maintenance.
