The Miniature products is a compact, low level integrated reverse osmosis unit designed to provide demineralised water continuously or intermittently. Built within a sturdy brushed stainless steel cabinet, the Miniature is available with two production rates; Miniature-I providing 135 litres of purified water per hour and Miniature-II with a production rate of 220 litres per hour.

　　The Miniature is designed to be supplied with fully softened make-up water. If this is not available RightLeder will be pleased to advise on suitable equipment.

　　OPERATION - Pre-softened feedwater is filtered by the 5µ replaceable cartridge filter, the water is then delivered to the Reverse Osmosis modules by a rotary vane high pressure pump.

　　The demineralised water stream is collected in the on-board tank and delivered to the point of use by a pressure switch controlled transfer pump.

　　The flow rate of treated water is controlled by level switch controls. Treated water quality is continuously monitored and displayed on the front panel, along with feedwater and pre-module pressure.

　　After every production event the module is automatically flushed by clean feedwater before the unit goes to standby.

　　The effluent stream containing the eliminated dissolved minerals is directed to drain.
