1.Chain Conveyor

    With its compact and stable construction, chain conveying rack can reduce the labor intensity of production line workers, reduce the onsite risk. It can reduce the number of transport, improve the efficiency, and then achieve the automatic pipe feeding, so chain 
conveying rack belongs to an international leading level with high cost.  

2.The Basic Sliding Type Transmission Line

  The basic sliding type is easy to adjust. In order to lengthen the Kun wheel’s lifespan, it can make an appropriate adjustment when one of the Kun wheel appears attrition. In addition, through the adjustment, it can guarantee that all the Kun wheels will be on the same contact surface, and make sure that all the wrap angles coincide well. 

3.M-type Conveyor Line

  M-type conveyor line has improved in technical design after domestic industry had learnt from Holland. It is similar to the sliding type conveyor line when its precision is adjusted to the same, but it is difficult to adjust the wheel distance when some wheels are badly abraded, and this M-type is not suitable for large-scale steel pipe anticorrosion,so now the domestic industry mainly make the diameter underΦ1016. 

4. New Sliding Type Conveyor Line 

  The New Sliding Type Conveyor Line is reformed on the basis of the basic sliding type conveyor line, having the features of high precision and easy adjustment. And through the PLC frequency control, it can achieve the demands of pipe pushing, working and pipe detaching.  

5.Endo Conveyor

  According to the transportation distance, this device will select a certain number of Endo Conveyor . Each Endo Conveyor is made up of rollers for rubber coating, rack and reducer motor. If the enter and exit pipe adopts chain-type transmission rack, the four groups of V-type roller controlled by the hydraulic pressure go up and down automatically.
