The principle of Mailang liquid-based cell processing kit:

Through the collection of vaginal or cervical secretions to obtain the exfoliated cells to have treatment in the liquid-based cell processing reagent. The pyrolysis composition in the reagent will lysis the red blood cells and remove the interference caused by the red cells on lab testing result. Meanwhile, the fixed composition in the reagent can preserve the valuable cells, such as the white blood cells, exfoliated epithelial cells, etc. and the effective cells wrapped in mucus can be separated sufficiently to prevent the loss of valuable cells.
