SPECIFICATIONS:

480000mt/year in both 2 mills by 5 color coating lines

1. Quality Standard: CGCC, EN10169, etc 

2. 0.21-0.32mm thick, 1000-1259mm wide 

   0.32-0.60mm thick, 1000-1250mm wide 

   0.60-1.0mm thick, 1000-1250mm wide 

3. Width: 800MM to 1250MM

4. Zinc Coating: Z40-275  +/-20 

5. Color: All RAL colors or customized color 

6. Coil ID: 508mm / 610mm

7. Paint: top side:25+/-5 microns and back side: 7+/-2 microns

8. Coil Weight: 3-10MT

9.Applications:Construction,buildings,transportation,manufacturing, vehicles, ships, mechanical 

   and electrical equipment and so on.

Production facility and production capacity

Panhua have two production factory, one is in zhangjiagang city and the other is in Fuling District, Chongqing city.

 (1) 5 pickling lines with capacity of 3 Million Mt/Y.

 (2) 6 cold rolling line with capacity of 3 Million Mt/Y, there is on 5-   stand tandem CRM in each production.

 (3) 3 annealing lines with capacity of 0.9 million Mt/Y

 (4) 5 galvanizing line with capacity of 1 million Mt/Y

 (5) 2 galvalume line with capacity of 0.6 million Mt/Y

 (6) 4 Pre-painting line with capacity of 0.6million Mt/Y

 

packing:

standard seaworthy export packing

(1) 4 eye bands and 4 circumferential bands in steel;

(2)glvanized metal fluted rings on inner and outer edges;

(3)galvanized metal & waterproof paper wall protection disk;

(4)galvanized metal & waterproof paper around circumference and bore protection
