Description

1 The ball fiber filling machine line is mainly used for polyester fiber producing and filling into pillow ,cushion and sofa etc.

2 It is assembled by one balling machine unit,fiber transporter and silo, one filling device.

3 The whole line is controlled by PLC system that can be handled by 2 operators; one of them works for raw material feeding and another for the filling device.

4 Raw material works directly to the ball fiber machine that can be 3D,7D and 15D conjugate hollow siliconzed polyester fiber;32mm fiber also.

5 By 2 pin balling roller,the finished fiber ball is more elasticity ,good hand feeling and beautiful;without hurting the silicon.

6 The fiber ball size can be adjusted from the control system according to the processing time

7 The filling weight can be controlled by the weighing system with tolerance about 30g.
