The cylinder uses 27SiMn hydraulic post solid-drawn pipe used specifically for hydraulic post to reinforce its total strength by 35% (with the tensile strength>=800Mpa, yield strength>=700Mpa, material unit extension>=16%, load-deflection resistance increased by 32%) and to lower its deadweight by 15%.
The semi-trailer front cylinder system has a bigger diameter, much bigger loading capacity and lifting force. Compared with other imported cylinders and cylinders produced in China, its lifting force has respectively increased by 10%-15% and 20%-30%.
