Model JG Overhead Railway Hoist Crane

Model JG overhead railway hoist crane is a kind of suspension transport system, its lifting mechanism, electric hoist trolleys are slung under a I-steel rail system to transport loads along the railway. The complete JG crane system consists of the suspension I-steel rail system, under-slung electric hoist trolley, and electrical components. The I-steel rail is usually laid on the crossties which are continuously and evenly placed on the upper place of workshop, and the crosstie pitch is determined according to user's requirements. Generally, a single rail suspension system is fit for lifting capacity less than or equal to 16t and the electric hoist trolleys are slung under the rail directly, if the lifting capacity is more than 16t, up to 32t, a double rail system becomes a must, and double rail electric hoist trolleys runs under-slung along the rail.

This JG series overhead suspension crane system's lifting mechanism may be electric wire rope hoists and/or chain hoists, the hanger equipment options in hook unit, grab bucket, magnetic chuck and so on.  The suspension transporting rail could be curve or a closed ring-loop, then the limited space is effectively utilized to transport loads to specific area in/between workshops, the rail system can be laid according to user's requirements and ambient conditions.

Work conditions(JG 16~32):

1. Upper/Lower limit switches, rail sweeper, rubber bumper are standard configurations.
