Quality Control

1.Before the order to be confirmed, we would check quality and color of law material by

sample which should be strictly the same as mass production.

2.We will be tracing the different phase of production from the beginning

3.Every bed quality,quantity,color,size checked before packing

4.Before delivery to clients could send QC or the third party to check the quality

Remarks:We will try our best to help clients when problem occurred.

Packing

The first layer,used poly bag, it can avoid humidity

The second layer, we use 7mm canton to avoid damage

The third layer, we use pear foam, which can avoid collision

The forth layer,with shipping marks and information of the product on it

Remarks:Used very professional package which could stand rain,moist,wind,damage.

Container Capacity

20GP container can load about 20 SETS (bed sets) or 30 SETS (only bed frame)

40HQ container can load about 40 SETS (bed sets) or 70 SETS (only bed frame)

Payment

30% T/T deposit in advance,the balance should be paid before loading

Guarantee Period

2-year up,under normal use,except artificial damage & natural disasters

Remarks:Leather cleaning and nursing,should use appropriate PH value in 5 to 7.5 with

cleanser and nursing agent.Otherwise,if PH value more than 7.5 or less than 5,they

could destroy the internal structure of leather,shorten service life of leather.
