TP-5000, a dynamic adsorption instrument, is one important tool for property research of metal surface. Many characterizations can be performed on it including temperature programmed reduction (TPR), temperature programmed oxidation (TPO), temperature programmed desorption (TPD), hydrogen-oxygen titration (HOT), temperature programmed surface reaction (TPSR) and so on. In addition, the instrument can be optionally connected with mass analyzer for dynamic research on the catalyst surface, and the continuous micro flow and pulse reaction can also be performed on it.　The equipment contains a gas-match system to get high-purity mixed gas with several advantages and functions including online purification, mass flowmeter for gas flow precise control, multistage mixing and flow balance. It can give the real-time results automatically and continuously for the whole process, such as conductivity, temperature signal and so on. Data can be conveniently processed on its own special data processing software including peak shape adjustment, area integration, automatic Tmax output, report printing and so on, and of course data can be conveniently exported to other professional software (eg, Excel and origin) for further processing.　After online purification, several lines of the reactant gas with impurity less than 10 ppm enter into pressure stabilizing system with controlled flow under the help of mass flowmeter, and then mix together in the mixer followed by dividing to double paths. Catalysts can be pretreated directly or in vacuum before characterization in the reactor to monitor the actual reaction condition.
