New EPM controller series has complete functions and simple structure, microprocessor as the core, by adjusting magnetizing(demagnetizing) pulse current intensity of magnetic chuck, and the magnetizing (demagnetizing) current pulse numbers to achieve the best magnetizing(demagnetizing) effect. Featured with: Security function: Can realizing linkage by unlock input contact signal and magnetizing state output contacts. With adjustable magnetizing(demagnetizing) current short circuit protection and open circuit alarm function.

All the parameters and operating status can be monitored by the front panel, and with power frequency automatic tracking function.

It has 1-8 channels (can be customized according to user requirements if more channels needed), each channel can be set as required to open or close, by demagnetizing or degaussing operation, can effectively remove the remanence of the workpiece surface.
