Description:

Foundry industry crane and Casting hanging Crane 

Foundry crane is one of the main equipments in the continuous casting technology of steelmaking. It is mainly used for pouring melted iron from additive bay of converter to converter; Lifting melten steel from refining bay to refining furnace or lifting melten steel from melten steel bay to ladle turret of continuous casting machine. 

The overall structure of foundry crane has the following forms: Two girder and two rail, four girder and four rail, and four girder and six rail, etc. The form of two girder and two rail, four girder and four rail, are mainly used for middle and large-tonnage foundry crane; The form of four-girder and six-rail and two trolley is mainly used for extra large-tonnage foundry crane.

Mechninal Part

Bridge frame have high stiffness, strenth and stablity

Double girder, welding box beam, camber meet national standard; 

Adopt high quality carbon steel, Q235B or Q345B;(similar as Fe37 or Fe52);

Main girder uses rail-boxing or partial big boxing girder;

Electric equipments are fixed inside main girder

End truck have both types of rigidity and hinge joint;Rigidity truck is connected by high tensile bolts; 

hinge joint truck is connected by hinge pin.

Rigidity end truck sorts of ingot type and  horizontal truck;

Main girder and trolley equipped with protection devices of Fire prevention and heat insulation 

 

Trolley

It is consisted by motor,recucer,brake,coupling,wheels,and wire drum.

Equipped with special motor for metallurgy,classof insulation is H;

Matched with two sets brakes(double brake)

Trolley have double drive mechanism,reducer's gear is drived on hard-toothed surface.

Crane Part

It is consisted with drive device and wheel devie.

Drive includes motor, brake, reducer;

Wheel device includes initiative wheel device and slave wheel device;

Drive devices are equipped on pedestal,which is in main girder's four cornors. 

The initiative wheel make the crane travel, it is called "four cornors drive"

Reducer and wheel is connected by universal coupling.

 

Electrical Part

The electrical room on main girder keep warm with Rock wool heat insulation, there is air cooler inside;

Electrical deives are sealed for dustproof and heat insulation for cooling

Equipped with angle steel slip line and safe sliding contact line.

Trolley's moving power supplier is thermostability cable.

 

Protection Devices

Crane have overload limiter and electronic scale for protecting and weighing;

Equipped with anti-collision device, audible and visual alarm device;

Over-speed switch is fixed on main lifitng motor shaft to limit the speed;

And quipped with short-circuit protection,novoltage protection,

Travel limit protection;and Zero protection, overcurrent protection,Lifting double spacing protection;

Lifting mechanism have Positive contactor&Reverse contactor failure protection;

Both crane and trolley use spring buffer;

All metal device&out shell have Reliable grounding

 

Operation

Include both closed stillstand cabin control and remote control.

The cabin's window use double toughened glass,

Cabin is equipped with air conditioner and industrial aircooler can installed on right and left. 

The door's open direction include end open, side open, top open.
