HIGH PRECISION ACCURATE CAST IRON ANGLE PLATES

Brief introduce:
Cast iron angle plate is mainly used to fixed length, width, thickness of the smaller artifacts. According to standard GB6092-85, material HT200 - HT300, face scraping the inquiry process.

Application:
Used in the detection and machining parts in the clamping, 90 Angle inspection parts, maintenance equipment inspection parts related surface perpendicular to each other, also often used for bench marking. And used in the vertical plane of inspection, installation, machine tool mechanical checks, and be able to check on the cast iron plate work-piece verticality, suitable for high precision machinery and instrument not verticality between inspection and machine inspection.

Use note:
cast iron plate in damp, free from corrosion, high and low temperature environment use and storage. When use to cast iron plate installation and deb ing, and then, the cast iron plate face to wipe clean, in the case of confirmed no problem using cast iron plate.

They are used for clamping and work holding in vertical position and as vertical reference for layout, machining and inspection. They make an ideal fixture for shaping, planning, milling, grinding, horizontal boring and drilling operation.

SALIENT FEATURES:

Hand-scrapped Angle Plates slotted and webbed available in Grade-1 and Grade-2 accuracies made generally as per IS-2554-1971.
Made from high duty close grained Cast Iron Castings conforming to Grade FG-220 of IS-210.
For T-Slotted angle plates, vertical face is provided with horizontally machined T-slots while the base/table face is having cored slots.
Angle Plates un-slotted and webbed end type, open end type with cored slots can be made on request at extra cost.
Precision Angle Plates having dimensional specification same as per slotted and webbed Angle Plates but accuracy as per IS-6973-1973 can be made on request at extra cost.
