Qingdao Lion Automatic pillow machine item QL001 is mainly used to fill pillow, cushion and sofa etc.
Material can be conjugated hollow siliconized polyester fiber shorter than 100mm, virgin or recycle, micro or normal fiber.
It is assembled with automatic ball opener, shaking hopper, fiber opener and two operation table slots.
The whole line is adjusted by PLC control system handled by only 1 operator with simple operation.
Machine line assembled with a bale opener,so don’t need labor for raw material feeding.
Developed shaking hopper makes the weight that can be controlled with tolerance around 25g each.
High capacity; usually one pillow 600g can be finished in 6 second.
High opening rate by V-wire for the rollers, so that the material can be opened for more than 98% without hurt the silicon.
V-wire rollers with long life won’t hurt the main wire cloth when anything feed into the roller, but the teeth only; the machine can still running as usual.
All rollers are finished with dynamic balancing disposal, so that the machine is running without shaking.
Frequency conversion blower ensures the finished production flat and even.
The machine’s main structure is made by computerized laser cutting machine so it is stable, long life and lower maintenance.
