	1. PPGI steel coil brief introductions: PPGI steel coil often uses hot-dipped galvanized steel sheet, hot-dipped aluminum-zinc plate,electric galvanized plate as the steel substrate, after the surface pretreatment (chemical degreasing and chemical conversion processing), on the surface, we will smear one or several layers of organic coatings, baking it, then we can get the final products. The organic coatings can protect the surface from rusting and changing colors. 2. PPGI steel coil features: PPGI steel coil has some superior advantages: 1) beautiful and good corrosion resistant performance 2) They can be processed directly, which are mainly used in the advertising industry, construction, household electrical appliance industry, electrical industry, furniture industry and transportation. 3) According to different environment and uses, we can choose the different appropriate resin, such as silicone-modified polyester resin, PVC plastic sol, vingon, etc. 3. PPGI steel coil main application: PPGI steel coil is widely used for construction( roofs, outer walls, ovens, explosive-proof steel, steel structures),electrically controlled cabinets, and industrial freezers in the residential andindustrial buildings, car and ship manufacturing, containers, electro mechanics, household appliance manufacturing and more. 4. PPGI steel coil storage: 1) PPGI steel coil should be stored in a dry, ventilated, clean and neat environment. Horizontal steel coil should be placed on the brackets with rubber cushions or and be locked with the lock catch on the topside. It mustn’t be placed onto the ground or vehicles directly. 2) To avoid being pressed, PPGI steel coil mustn’t be stored in stacking. When the steel sheets are stored in stacking, a limit to every stack should be specified and the sheets with large weight and size should be placed in the lower part of the stack. 3) The mechanical properties of the pre-painted steel sheet and part of performances of the coating, may varies with the time, so we recommend customers to use the products as soon as possible.
