In industries such as automobile, household appliance and engineering machinery, etc, for which steel sheets are used, due to the oil film or vacuum suction phenomenon existed among each steel plate after stacking, the top steel plate is difficult to pick up. It is necessary to place a magnetic sheet separator at the side face and end face of the stack. By its strong homopolar magnetic force, there will be a large gap of more than 15mm produced due to the mutual repulsion of the top steel plate and the lower plate, facilitating the picking up of plates layer by layer. Our magnetic sheet separator adopts high-quality strong magnetic steel, with strong working magnetic force, and is suitable for separating steel plates of any thickness within δ0.5-δ4.0mm. It is also accessible to separate plates of any size with combined use of multi machines. There are not fixed specifications for this product, any specifications are available, and generally, we manufacture according to customer’s actual requirements.
