Research background
Recent year, stainless steel tube with thin tube wall widely used in household electric appliance refrigeration industry ; but traditional stainless steel pipe welding has 3 disadvantages .
1. The price is much higher using the silver solder
2. If using Corrosive solder flux, it is easy to cause solder Corrosion once entering inside of pipe,
3. Solder welding temperature is high, because the stainless steel tube wall is very thin that easy be oxidated, especially the internal wall of pipe, the black oxide skin is difficultly to remove.
For a few decades, domestic and foreign experts in brazing technology research, has been in the pursuit for the solution of soldering technology of stainless steel low temperature without corrosion, but a little results.

1.Stainless steel solder with no Corrosive flux
Alloy system is composition of Sn-Ag rare earth quaternary alloy, brazing temperature :380-450℃
can be made into diameter of 1.0-3.0 brazing rod ; strength is300MPa-400 MPaIt can be changed according to its work-hardness capacity.
2.Brazing performance
JH-004BXG brazing filler metal by flame brazing and high frequency brazing heating, it has good extension performance in stainless steel surface ; it has good seam filling performance when weld the stainless steel tube wall . As the filler metal melt temperature is below 450℃, which is much lower than high silver filler metal (melt temperature 680℃). So in brazing , the stainless steel base metal is so soft enough to avoid the brazing welding stress and tiny cracks and improve the air tightness .
