Functions and Features

1. KHGC has many types of welding machine head, which can meet different requirements of consumers. Users can choose one or more welding head according to the tube diameter and the used space.

2. KHGC series is suitable for welding of tube to tube, tube to elbow, tube to flange, tube to value body and tube to unions

3. Because of its extremely small dimensions,the KHGC series is the perfect solution for application with tight access restrictions.

4. Fill the chamber with shield gas before welding can provide good protection and form the beautiful appearance and high quality of weld seam.

5. The duplex clamp inserts makes the workpiece orient correctly without the orient sport welding .

6. Through on-site testing,it proves that the welding machine head is more effective and reliable with Maxon motor and Maxon gears.

7. All welding parameters fully programmable.up to 100 programmes storage. All operational process is controlled by PCL system with its touch screen.

8. PLC control system, control is accurate, reliable and strong anti-jamming capability, with LCD touch screen, all English input, direct and convenient.

9.Adopt SanRex IGBT inverter control dc pulse power ID - 3001 TP, guarantee high welding efficiency and strong arc stability, Weld bead molding beautiful.

10.Mandatory water cooling system, equipped with stainless steel tank, not be limited by field water hydraulic water source etc conditions, cooling fully, reliable convenient;

11.KHGC equiped with the printer can print the welding parameters . Selecting the automatic mode, the parameters will be automatically printed when each welding is completed.
