WMH Series: a new type PVC reinforcing agent

 Description:

Basically it is advanced filler used in PVC production. It’s main ingredient are CaCo3, barium carbonate, and talcum powder. But the different is that, we additionally add a special surface treatment agent in it. WMHs can be used as inorganic rigid-particle toughening agent for PVC or other plastics, which can remarkably enhanced the toughness and processability of polymer composites even at higher filler loading. In addition, when it is put into use, it can reduce material cost, and improve the character of final products.

Advantages & Features

• Well compatible with PVC resin. Excellent dispersion of filler in polymer matrix. Strengthen product’s toughness and at the same time enhance the rigidity, thermal resistance, dimensional stability. 
• Lower the melting viscosity of PVC compound, improve processing flowability
• Overall performance is better than other product treated with coupling agent. Enable extremely high filling. Improve product’s physical mechanical properties and surface gloss. Reduce the production cost.

Scope of application.

In the WMH series, we developed 2 items for different products.

Usage:

• Keep the original formula and filling system unaltered: for normal product, add 10~20 parts WMH into 100 PHR resin; for high class product, add 3~5 PHR WMH into 100 parts resin. Adding way is the same with CaCo3, no need to change the processing condition.
• Factory could adjust the formula according to it’s real situation
