3. Powerful and Reliable Spindle The spindle assembly is made by professional manufacturers in Taiwan with high precision and rigidity. The spindle bearing is P4 class special bearing, which is assembled under constant temperature condition. All the bearings are tested by dynamic balance emendation and running-in test to improve the service life and the reliability.

4. Advanced Tool Management  The machine can equipped with Arm type tool changer  which is mounted on the side of the column. It utilizes the roller gear cam mechanism to guarantee movement fast, quiet, smooth and precise.

5. Automatic Coolant System   Equipped with large flow cooling pump and large capacity water tank to guarantee prompt cooling circle. It have some cooling nozzle at the side of spindle head, water cooling or air cooling, switching free,  controlled by M code or control panel.

Centralized Smart Lubrication System  The centralized automatic lubrication system can optimize the amount of lubricant to the linear guide and ballscrew etc. The system supply lube based on amount and time to each oiling point, to guarantee the uniform lubricating for sliding surface, reducing the friction resistance, improving movement accuracy, ensuring the service life of the ball screw and guide rails
