Puretronics have specially developed five motor drive system for rotogravure printing machine, which includes of unwinder auto web tension regenerative a.c.d.c. Drive, main a.c.d.c. Motor drive, outfeed nip roll a.c.d.c. Drive, and rewinder auto web tension control a.c.d.c. Drive. Load cells or two - dancer roll assemble, tachogenerator,  encoder are used to get perfect, reliable and very easy operating system with tension control, specially for rotogravure printing press, lamination machine etc. Each motor drive is designed as a single card function for easy maintenance and cost effective
the master control pot varies the speed of the machine.The web tension remains same irrespective of variation in web speed, which plays very important role in color registration.

C. The Master Control Pot varies the speed of the Machine. The web tension remains same irrespective of variation in Web speed, which plays very important role in Colour Registration. The Touch Screen option with PLC is also available.
