We process all kind of ring magnet for magnetic separator .  < 200mm diameter ring magnet is produced by total pressing , >220mm diameter ring magnets are processed by bonded 6 pcs arc segments together before magnetized , then total ring magnet was magnetized , in this way , we can guarantee the magnetic flux to 1.6T (NSSN two ring with steel ring) .

We can process OD90 , OD100 , OD110 , OD120, OD160, OD200, OD220, OD240 , OD260, OD380 pulley magnets.
