 Clip-in Ceiling System

The Clip-in ceiling system(Dark frame plate aluminum ceiling) is useing the1001 H24 or 3003 H24 grade aluminum raw material as basic material, applying our professional stretching and compression molding and other processing molding to process. It has high precision, stable shape and high surface flatness characteristics.

Clip-in ceiling system is consist of decorative aluminum ceiling panels, main keel and related accessories. The aluminum or aluminum alloy keel system is installed hiddenly in the back of the rectangular decorative panel and is not visible, that is why it is called the Clip-in ceiling system.

 

Lay-in Ceiling System

Decoration panels are Installed directly into the vertical and horizontal keel system. Exposed keel system is visible between decoration ceiling panels. That is why it is called Lay-in ceiling system, which is belong to a closed surface mounted ceiling system. 

 

Characteristics and Scope

It is easy to assembly and disassembly. Each panel can be  removable to facilitate the construction and maintenance independently. For replacement and cleaning the ceiling panel, you can use the magnetic plate or split specialized board  to quickly take the panel. You can also  covering a glossy or black flame-retardant sound-absorbing cotton layer at the back of the panel , to achieve a certain degree of sound absorption, moisture, dust role of standards.

Scope: Square aluminum ceiling panels are widely used in office buildings, offices, corridors, stations, factories, hospitals, clubs, banks, shopping malls, exhibition halls and other buildings.

Skim-> alkali corrosion-> elimination(by acid)–> chromizing-> drying-> installation-> spraying-> solidifying -> check
