Principles and characteristics 

A. DY / SYF series filling machine is a semi-automatic piston filler. It is through air cylinder to extract and split materials, adopting one-way valve to control the flow of materials and magnetic reed switch to control cylinder’s travel, then adjust the amount of filling.

B.This device is simple and reasonable in structure, easy to understand, with high accuracy.

C.Pneumatic part adopts Germany FESTO and Taiwan AirTac pneumatic components.

D.Filling volume and filling speed can be arbitrarily adjusted with high accuracy.
