· The ultrasonic cutting machine (cutter) is composed of ultrasonic transducer (converter),booster, horn(sonotrode), generator, anvil and rack. There is a fan to cooling ultrasonic transducer (converter), ensure it can work efficiently for a long time. Moreover, Compressed air cooling system is on the rack near the horn, protects the horn and fabric from overheating. Ultrasonic energy to the vibration of ten million times, cutting and gluing the cutting edge at the same time, so the cutting point will  not rough selvedge

like conventional cutting, cutting edge point will produce melt plasticization when cutting/welding process, which makes fraying or rough selvedge impossible.
