Our Mold Design process is supported by CAD/CAM software that writes files directly usable by our precision CNC Milling Machines. In the rare instances where we cannot use CNC to completely finish a mold, we also have the requisite traditional milling equipment and operators like EDM, Grinding Machine to do the job. Our mold making size is within 40 cm (Width) × 60 cm (Length). Also note that our Precision Plastic Injection Molding Processes use top quality machines, some of which are specialized for certain types of products. These top quality machines containing robotic arms to achieve 80~90% of full automatic production in our factory. Moreover, due to our all-in-house production, we supply our services from mold designing, engineering, and tooling, finally to manufacturing.
