Difference between LED negatoscope and  fluorescent negatoscope:

1. cost
CCFL (cold cathode fluorescent lampls) computer monitors have been the most commonly used form of backlight for years. Because of this, their cost is considerably lower.
2.backlighting
The difference in the backlighting is just how the light portrays the image. LCD uses a "backlight" model and LED used a "sidelight" model. just different ways of getting the image to the screen
3.Weighing in on CCFL vs. LED
LED is more efficient and makes the product lighter by weight.
4.size
Fluorescent negatsocopes are much thicker in measurements. Our LED negatoscope is just 2.5CM depth.
5.lifespan
LED lifespan: >100 000hours. It is about 2-3 times longer life than CCFL lamps.
LED negatoscopes offer increased lifetime as they are more energy efficient.
6. for doctor's eyes
LED light source, no flickering, no eye fatigue. It is better than fluorescent lamps. It does better for doctor's eyes.
7. energy consumption
CCFL negatoscope: its power consumption is relatively high.
LED negatoscope: about 50% more efficient than fluorescent lamps in power consumption.

 

LED Lighting is more cost upfront, but the long term benefits for almost no light replacements and monthly power bill savings are worth seriously considering this lighting alternative.
