Structure features of drilling fluid manifold:

It is consisted of mud control valve, high pressure spherical union, tee, high pressure tube, bend, pressure gage, pup joint, etc.

Ground valves adopt spool and tee, with features of intensity structure and low liquid resistance which ensure the mud flow freely.

Drilling platform valves adopt different diameter spool to realize single tube direct use and well cementation. It is convenient to use at the spot.

High pressure union is made of hard alloy and through heat treatment. It can realize the quick loading operation. It is made by specific machine tool. Through accurate spherical and cone seal ring so the sealing can be realized.

The flashboard and seat of mud valve are both made of hard alloy spray weld. It is wash proof and anti-corrosion. It improves the usage of valve with low torque and easy switch.

To bend, reducing pipe, tee and spool is forged from high strength alloy steel. To the under high pressure parts, we inspect them by still water pressure and seal test before assembling to ensure the quality.

Attention:

Hard sealed mud valve can be only used as tubing switch, not as choke valve, to avoid destroying sealing surface.
