  Mechanical Property

  Hot work temperature: (1) Start:1040 °C-1150 °C  (2) End: ≥930 °C

  Annealing temperature: 870 °C

  Hardness after annealing HBS: 248-277

  Quenching temperature: 1180 °C-1205 °C

  Quenching medium: oil,air or salt bath

  Tempering temperature:  540 °C-600 °C

  Hardness after tempering HRC: 66-61

 

  

 Characteristics

 Good red hardness and toughness.
