Chinese date juice concentrate is high-quality dry red date as raw material, and is produced through advanced production line which is complete with high and new technology of continuous extracting, membrane ultrafiltration and aseptic packaging.
The product has sugar content at 70-72 Brix and total acidity at ≤ 0.5%. It is produced all year around, and the output is around 20, 000 tons. Steel drums with aseptic bags inside, 275kgs net each, cold storage at -18centigrade, 72 drums in one 20'GP. It is the raw material for beverage factories, canneries, food ingredients factories and other food factories.
