Application

Sanitary dosing tank is fully closed, vertical type and three-layer construction, has functions of heating, cooling, thermal insulation and mixing. It is widely applied to mixing and preparation in fields as dairy production, food production, bioengineering, beverage production, daily use chemical, etc.


Structure properties:
 

1. volume: 0.1-100m3;

2. inner tank: inner face is mirror finish, roughness Ra<0.4µm;

3. jacket type: entire jacket, semi disc-tube jacket, honeycomb jacket;

4. thermal insulation material: filled with EPE, rock wool or foam polyurethane;

5. outer tank: mirror finish, matte finish or blasting sanding;

6.speed of stirring: 12-150r/min constant speed or stepless speed regulating or frequency control;

7. content gauge: glass tube level gauge, static pressure transducer type level gauge, ultrasonic level gauge or electric capacity type level meter;

8. device configuration: complete with quick-open type manway, sight glass, thermometer ( digital display or dial type), sample opening, air breathing apparatus, CIP spray ball, standby opening, steam inlet & outlet, cooling water inlet&outlet and etc;

9. material: inner tank sus304 or sus316L, jacket and outer protective shell SUS304.
