CD Grade

CD die blank contains catalyst metal and is thermally stable to 650°c, and to be mounted to temperatute not exceeding  650°c

 CD blank is electriclly conductive and can be drilled and sharped by EDM ,laser, ultrasonic ,etc.

TSD Grade

TSD die blank is thermally stable up to 1000°c in an inert or reducing atmosphere, and can be mounted at high temperature with high strength metal setting powders.TSD is not electrically conductive and can be drilled and shaped by ultrasonic and laser. EDM not recommended. TSD die blanks is recommended for high temperature tungsten and molybdenum wire drawing.
