Boiler liner uses internationally advanced three-pass vertical water pipe tubular structure, the exhaust gas and finned tube are fully flushed and exchange heat with thermal efficiency of above 92%.

The boiler operating system is automatic controlled, and all the operating state could be seen on the LCD screen. You could observe the working state of the burner on the display screen, boiler water level state, current temperature, circulating pump operating state as well as fault and alarm state etc, making you know the operating condition of the boiler at any time, and use at ease. Users could make any adjustment from ambient temperature to 95 degrees according to needs, and enter automatic operating state once the temperature is set. Four time periods could be set according to actual demand for timing control, and the entire boiler management does not need people to be on duty.

The boiler is designed under constant pressure, no danger of explosion; the boiler has set protection from leakage of electricity, water shortage, overheating, lack of fuel (gas) and fault.

It is not restricted by sites covering a small area, which is convenient to transport and install.

It is an integration of blasting, fuel (gas) injection and ignition with full combustion, reduced fuel consumption, no vibration, no pollution and low noise.

1.	The boiler design and manufacturing quality should follow relevant regulations of Hu Zhi Ji Jian Te (2003) attachment 2 -- Acceptance Conditions for Small-scale and Normal Pressure Hot Water Boilers and Provisions on the Safety Supervision over Small-scale and Normal Pressure Hot Water Boilers.
2.	The heating surface material, covered electrode and welding wire of the boiler should all have quality certificates.
3.	The steel materials used for the boiler should accord with regulations of GB700 and GB 8163.
4. The boiler should be welded by the welder who has been trained and qualified through examination. 5. The boiler should be equipped with automatic protection device. 6. GB1576-2001 industrial boiler water quality should be reached.
