Application：

 Currently our shot blasting equipment is widely used for removal of unwanted sand, oxidized layer and other contaminants, thus making surface bright and clean. Typically, vehicle parts such as the bolster, side frame, coupler and coupler yoke are cleaned by our shot blast machines. Our products can also be used to clean other castings and workpieces with the similar size.

Blasting wheels：

The blast chamber is made using steel plate and structural steel framing through welding process. Hence, it has high rigidity and strength. The reasonable sealing structure of chamber and door effectively prevent shots from flying out of the chamber, thus ensuring operator safety. Additionally, the adoption of computer three-dimensional dynamic simulation helps make the blast wheels well located at an appropriate angle so that workpieces can be thoroughly and quickly cleaned, thereby increasing operating efficiency.

Model types：

Our hanger stepping shot blast machines are available in three models, including Q483, Q485 and Q4810. They all provide two work positions and use hanging chain to convey workpieces. With blast wheels ranging from 4 to 6 and maximum hanger carrying capacities from 300 kg to 1000 kg, our products can accommodate customers' diverse applications.
