Fine Particle Diamond Specially for Wire Saw

Perfect shape and fine sizes (below 53 um) as special characteristics, as-grown plays an irreplaceable role in superfine surface conditioning. Contrasted with conventional diamond powders it can greatly reduce scratches on workpieces, effectively increase processing quality as well as the fundamental improvement of working efficiency and stability. It can also improve material utilizing rate and meanwhile reduce the subsequent processing substantially.

Characteristics

1.Fine particles:

   Our mass production can guarantee volume supply of sizes below 400 mesh, i.e.: 230~800 mesh or 18~63um. Below 1000 mesh product is under development.

2.Good shape:

   Mainly symmetric isometric, hexahedral, octahedral crystals. Higher cutting efficiency and less scratches to workpieces contrasted with common diamond powders. 

3. Less impurity, good transparency:

   Stable quality with high Impact Toughness  and TTi performances. 

Applications:

1. Diamond wheels

   Suitable for processing micro crystal glass, hard alloy or compound cutters and ceramics with higher accuracy and efficiency. 

2. Supplant of high quality round powder

   Better in shape, higher efficiency with less scratches.

3. Feeding for high quality polycrystalline diamond compacts

   The sphere shaped as-grown can maximumly uplift powder pileup density and increase diamond content and their bonds in PDC for superb wearability,  impact resistance and heat resistance performances. 

4. Crystal material cutting

   Ideal material for ring shaped ribbon saws to cut mono-and multi-silicon bars, sapphire and SiC crystal. Contrasted with SiC and diamond powders, it can greatly improve cutting precision, reduce crack on the crystal surface, immensely reduce material lost and minimize later stage treatment.
