How to make an order 

1. sample approval
2. confirming the PI and clients pay the deposit
3. client confirm the pre=shipping samples.
4. arrange the shipment
5. supplier send the copy of the shipment docs and clinet arrange the balance payment
6. supplier send the original docs or telex release.
