Inner structure: 

The basic structure consists of housing high speed motor, gearing, cavity cleading, rotor, cleading, board hammer, breaking plates etc., accordingly to the number of rotor, impact crusher is divided into single rotor impact crusher and double rotor impact crusher. According to the direction of rotor, single roto impact crusher is divided into reversible and irreversible rotation two types. Double rotor impact crusher is divided into same direction rotation, reversing rotation and opposite rotation 3 types. According to inner even function structure, single roto impact crusher is divided into with leveling grate plate and no leveling grate plate two types. 

Working principle:

When impact crusher is running, ore materials are directly feed-in the inside of machine continuously through feeding device on the above of machine, materials is impacted in high speed with board hammer of rotor which is rotating in high speed, and forming one time impact crusher. Then materials are sent to the breaking plates of one stage crushing cavity, and forming one more crushing, materials are crushed into small pieces and are feed into two stage crushing cavity, and to impact with board hammer and breaking plates once again to be crushed into small pieces, finally materials enter into three stage crushing cavity to complete final crushing process, qualified materials will be exhausted from discharge port, unqualified materials will be crushed repeatedly in the whole crushing process till meets the requirements.
